SIF (Financial Investment Company) Transilvania is looking to sell 40%-45% of the shares it holds in Eforie SA, after the company is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), SIF chairman Mihai Fercala said on Wednesday. SIF Transilvania owns more than 90% in Eforie, while APAPS (Privatisation Authority) holds two percent of the company. As of August 15, Eforie will be listed on the second tier of BSE. The listing operation was managed by securities company Activinvest, said BSE general manager Stere Farmache. |
