The Forum is an
event organized annually by LEADERS Romania and aims to:
- create an environment
characterized by positivism, responsibility and partnership
- build a community
of active leaders supporting one another in their ongoing efforts
to envision and create progress in our country.
- generate a growing
number of action programs which press forward persistently to
make a positive difference in the society we are living
- develope an inter-generational
and cross-sectoral dialogue between leaders, with valuable exchanges
of ideas and experiences
- build international
cooperation programs where leaders support each other to achieve
their goals in their local communities

and top management from companies, non-profit organizations, political
parties and mass media
Countries involved:
Romania, Moldova, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Greece, Poland, Hungary,
Croatia,
Germany, and USA.
Theme of the Forum:

Motto of the Forum: "Succes in Romania"
The Forum will present
to the participants the main results obtained during the years
2000 and 2001 and will introduce the programs and initiatives
of LEADERS Romania in 2002.
The forum will be
an opportunity for interaction and networking between the young
decision-makers and the established leaders and between the various
segments of society (business, politics, mass media, non-profit).
